Yep, right plug (the data link is the only one that will fit the T-Mat connection that's right there under the right side plate on a touring bike, there is an accesory plug but that's under the seat), all the pins are tight, I checked that when I checked the voltage. I'm baffled.
I wonder if maybe your data plug pins are in the wrong hole.
Would be the only reason I could think of that would stop the auto tune module from firing up.
I mean there is only power, ground and serial data link wires that run to that plug.
You have verified power and ground and if the serial data link was not working you would have no speedo and other problems with the bike.
I checked the electrical diagram for my 07 Dyna and theData Link black wire goes to the ground stud under the electrical center, the gray wire is the power feed from the ignition circuit and lite green / violet wire comes from the ECM , the TSSM, and the Instument assembly. Don't know if this helps but I thought I'd throw it out there. I was talkin to a guy the other day that said his '63 Harley had 10 wireson the whole bike.
Thanks shoptroll. I've verified that all of the bike wires are correct. Only thing left to check is that all of the T-max wires are in the right position. I can't imagine they are wrong, but I'll check on Monday when I can call Zippers. I may end up disassembling the connectors to direct wire the connections and see if it works then. Just take that connector out of the loop altogether.
I'm done worrying about it for now guys. Zippers is going to be set up at Rapid City HD during Sturgis and have agreed to link up to my bike and take a looksee for themselves. They HAVE seen this "No 02 sensor detected" pop-up issue before, and they say it's always been on the'07 bikes. They are trying to figure it out. For sure though, the customer service is awesome.
FYI, Sometime last night, Zippers posted SmartLink IV version 2006.17.11.
I got it this morning using the SmartLink update function in the software.
Give it a try..

Yeah, I get a pop-up when I click on "monitor" that says "No O2 sensors detected. Switch to open loop? (Recommended)". I just click "no" to leave it in closed loop made and the pop-up disappears. Not sure what's going on, sounds like it may just be a software/firmware glitch.
