I have a 16 RK with 110" cylinders, Feuling 543 cams, HDSP street pro heads, Fuel moto X pipe with E series mufflers and a stock throttle body and injectors.
The bike pulls like a beast in the midrange but maybe goes a bit flat above 4800 rpm.
Today, I was riding on the road featured on the TV show "Highway from Hell", which has some very steep, long and straight sections where the bike can be opened up and face a load.
I figured for autotuning it would be as good as it gets and give the autotune some time to record each cell and not just rip through the rpms as it would in a lower gear on the flat.
I made a few WFO runs in 3rd and 4th gear from 2500 to 5800 rpm (yes, I got up to some silly speeds) on the steepest sections of road.
When I got home and opened up the Autotune, I was shocked to see that none of the cells above 3000 rpm and over 3/4 throttle were even yellow, never mind being green as I expected.
I can't imagine better conditions and I also have about 300 miles on that autotune ( cruise and midrange populated nicely).
So, what does it take for autotune to work in the top end? Will it work? Do I have something else going on? Has it worked for you?
The FP3 is not a good product for your build. The ve is changing very rapidly and i would bet the fp3 cant get a lock on the cells to populate. You would be better off with a PV or a TTS and a pro dyno tune.

I'd think with a Torque cam, you would have power down low like at 2000 rpms. But its a EPA compliant cam, so... maybe try a better cam. Here's my dyno sheet Red Shift 468, Power Vision (tuned at dealer) with stock exhaust.
