Stop screwing around with jumper cables, if the battery is weak, find the problem.
You can`t troubleshoot an electrical issue until you know the battery is good, and load testing is the only way to know the condition of the battery.
Fully charge the battery, take it to an auto parts store and have it load tested.
Clean battery cable connection points.
Re install new or tested good fully charged battery.

I think there's bigger problems to address first, like the fuel pump running for several minutes when turning the key to the ON position. F the battery, man. You got some shorts in your wiring or some sensors out that are draining the electrical. Sure you can test if you can continue to use the battery, but you'll just keep going through batteries until you fix the electrical issue.
