Tune or something else?

Hello everyone, I’m looking for some suggestions here. I have a 2017 Ultra limited with 38,900 on it. It has a screaming Eagle high flow air cleaner, screaming Eagle street cannons, and screaming Eagle torque cam, and screaming Eagle pro street tuner. The bike had sumped at 14,000 miles and had gotten a short block. That is also when the cam was installed. When the work was done I assumed it was dyno tuned, I recently found out it was wasn’t and it just has the stage 2 base map. Last summer ( a year after the work was done) I started getting the tink sound at hard acceleration noticed mostly in 5 th gear at 3200 rpm. I’ve tried downshifting first and it still does it,and notice my mpg dropping. I chalked it up to me riding hard, but recently I had decided to changed my riding style. I’m not as aggressive as I was before but at times I still here the tink, but more importantly I’m only getting 34 mpg. My last fill up was at 164 miles. I had the bike on the laptop today and my wife came out and said the exhaust smelled like gas to her ( my nose doesn’t really work anymore). After revving it up a couple of times it cleared up, but she stayed it still smelled like gas after it idled a little. Also sometimes when the engine is cold on first crank it’s hard to start and blows back through the intake, like it’s loaded with fuel or the acr’s aren’t working. It is scheduled to get dyno tuned in September, I just want make sure there is nothing else going on. I’m posting pics of my plugs top pic front cylinder bottom pic rear cylinder. They have around 10,000 miles give or take.
