Wore out

I have an 01 duece while riding the bike will loose power like the key has turned off then right back on the bike does this intermittently any ideas on what my problem might be

start looking for bad connections, bar kill switch and ignition switch.

Also check the grounds. Check to make sure battery connections are tight and clean.

Check your ignition switch. Happened to me and when I did this, I haven't had an issue since.

I would guess battery connection first. Then I would go for ignition switch. Guessing vibration is making it off/on connection.

Does it have a carburetor? Could be fuel related.

You need to add a signature line so what variation of Harley you have

The connections to the main circuit breaker have become ohmic and they overheat the breaker. Look at the terminals and if they appear overheated, it probably a good idea to cut them off, re-crimp, and solder the wires to the terminals.. Replace the breaker.
