Engine stalling at different time.

2000 Harley Davidson Road King Classic. Fuel Injection pump shuts down at different times. It may run for 200 miles and then shut down or it may run 5 minutes, or it just won't start for 30 minutes. The last time this happened I by-passed the PC3 and tried to start it. Nothing. I then swapped the starter relay with the fuel pump relay, since they are the same, and it started. I then plugged the PC 3 back in and it started. It ran for about 10 miles and then it shut down again.Got it started again and drove 70 miles back home withthe engine only missing1 time. The HD dealer repalaced the Engine crank shaft sensor and the engine temp. sensor and they said they hadfixed the problem, but I still have it. I don't want to pay another 417.00 for another guessing job. I did notice that my turn signals acted up but they seemed to be fine now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Had a similar problem and changed my main breaker about $5 at auto parts store. Problem went away now im dealing with new problems? welcome to Harley.
