I called Zanotti tuesday an they could not tell me when I could get one with the backorders they have. Then called Chicago Harley an told me they could have me one in a week, so I oredered one from them.
I just got the last Pro SERT & cable kit from Adventures Harley Davidson in Ohio....2 day DHL shipping gets it in my hand by Tuesday. They're back ordered on the training CD though. Chicago told me a week and Zanotti's did not know when they would have any.
I have been waiting on Chicago Harley for 35 days for the new sert
I'm thinking about canceling the order as I was told you can't use tuning mode unless it plugged into the bike with the switch on so no playing with data on the desktop
I might go with the old sert or pc3 and wait for TTS to come out with there product

You must be refering to uploading. I might be wrong here but I'm pretty sure it operates just like the old SERT but with built in memory for the data recording feature. Short sessions can be downloaded to your computer later. I have one of the Jan 28 backordered units from Zanotti pending. I originally heard that every dealer got just five units. I was hoping that someone here knew the scoop.

From the Pro Tuner Software:
If the Tuning option "Show File Dialog on Startup" is NOT selected, use these instructions to select a calibration. You may also use these instructions to switch to a different calibration while you are using Tuning, or to load a comparison calibration.
NOTE: Before you enter Tuning, you must be connected to a motorcycle. If you have not already done so, follow the instructions in "Connecting the VCI to the Motorcycle".
After receiving some updated user information, have confirmed that the bike/ecm does not have to be connected to the new Pro Tuner to modify the tables:
drag any file you want to edit over to a position... release .. click display as a grid... then work with any you want save ..compare ... etc..its a great program...( so far )..clicking on any file will not let it open ....
Just a different way of opening the tables to change values.
