DOES ANYONE HAVE A PCIII ON AN 08 TOURING THAT WORKS?

Apparantly most PCIIIS for 2008 do not have an issue but some do. On these boards, we typically hear from people with the issues.

Please sound off if you have a PCIII on your 2008, (ONLY 2008 TOURING MODELS), that works and you're happy with it.

I have one on my 2008 street glide and have installed 8 of them on other 08 dressers no probs so far.

I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with the arming system. Dragosbikeworks could you say that the bike that you installed PCIII on had the arming system.

I was thinking that as well. I'm going to disconnect my Dawg security system and try again. But there can still be an issue with other radio waves in the air.

You got lucky.

Don't mean to sound like I'm whining but my first choice was a ThunderMax (08 is not available yet). I settled for a PCIII. DAMN!

Only one had alarm so far so good.

For the record, I disconnected the alarm system at the power source and still had issues.
