e mail map
damn.. cant seem to move a map e mailed to me from e-mail to map file...%$^&&% damn firewalls
anyone know what i must be missing?

Have the sender zip the map file and then send it. Have youreceived other file types in the past?

the last one I did I just right clicked on the map file in email clicked on save as and put it were I wanted it like in my documents. Anyways that's what worked for me hope it works for you.

tried that but it says o.e removed access to dangerous content.of said e mail..blah blah blah.aaarrggg!

Outlook Express (OE) is set to block anything that looks dangerous.
Change the settings while in Outlook by clicking "Tools" then click "Options" then click the "Security Tab" and uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus".
Have the email resent.
