Im using white banded harley injectors in my EFI drag quad. They are from an 88ci twincam motor.

I was told that there is a "blue banded" injector that offers better angle, atomization, and flow rate. Ive tried calling several harley dealerships but nobody can help much without part numbers.

I understand that im not a typical poster, but im riding a made in the usa cannondale and our community is much like the harley community. We are just a group of our own looking to expand upon these machines with no factory or aftermarket support.

So, if anyone knows the injector im looking for i would be more than appriciative. I believe the part number for the ones im using is 27609-01A. So thats the style im looking for.

The injectors im looking for could possibly be the 6 hole 25 degree injectors. Are these the ones with the blue bands??

 

27709-01Ais an'06' updated25 deg, 6 hole injector, if that is what you have. Not sure about band colors.

 

The injectors im running now fit twincams from 01-05....i think. Is the 06 style different?
