My current build is 107ci, axtell pistons and jugs, hillside stage 5 heads,pcIII,s&s 54mm throttle body, s&s tuned induction, s&s roller rockers, woods 400g cams,D&D fatcat. tuned by joes cycle repair 125 tq/ 118 hp. Bike is hard to start at times and has the tendicy to stall when comming to a stop (not always).
I don't doubt that at all coming from Joe's Repair shop, I have a couple of his maps sent to me and I can understand why your having problems.
Adjusting the IAC motor steps and idle setting will help in the stalling dept although some times the IAC motor is too slow on the bigger inch motors so a slight opening of the Throttle Plate and readjusting the TP Sensor will help. Starting problems can be addressed with the Cranking Fuel Table If you had a SERT but I see you have a PCIII. Both are good tools but can you see how the SERT would benefit you in these problems areas?
There is a new download available for the PCIII called start-up fuel. I believe you can either richen or lean out the base table on start-up which ever works for you.
