electra glide 2001

I have just purchased a 2001 ultra Electra glide classic , when I went to get it the battery was dead so I boosted it with my car and only used the car booster cables , the battery is useless, the bike fired to life on the third turn , I warmed it up and turned it off , i returned the following day with a new battery , cleaned the tank put in new gas and no spark when it turns over , i pulled the plugs and no spark , i checked all fuses and they look good , I live in venezuela so i dont have a lot of resources , the gas gauge doesn't have power to it either , which it did before , also the 4 ways flash six times after key is turned on , everything else works fine , did i wreck something with boosting with my car , do i need to reset the computer ?
Is there some kind of alarm shutting off the spark??
Advice would be apreciated muchly
