Engine light did not show

Engine light did not show
what ta....
I had replaced the rear turn signal light a new set, by doing that I had to loose the rear fender to reach inside the turn signal arm and re-wiring the rear turn signal the plugged with the rear brake light and so on.....
Anyway, when I did the turn signal light testing, everything was fine, but after I tighten the rear fender back to where it was and turn the ignition switch back on, the engine light didn't show up and I couldn't start my bike, the battery is still ok, the Run switch is checked, I don't know where else to look for, please help
My bike is FLSTF 2001 Twincam
