starter relay
can someone help me out. My 07 deluxe wont start Ive charged the battery and when hit the start button i get a click click click.Im not much of a wrench but checked my fuses and all are good.My question is how to check the starter relay and what to look for.Sorry if this is a dumb question but will appreciate any help

I doubt seriously if the starter relay is the problem. It's located under the seat and behind the battery.. You have a bad ground problem. Pull the negative wire from the battery, clean it good and re-connect. Also check the ground connections at the frame, where the negative cable attaches.. If all is good there, take off the nut that holds the console onto the tank. Lift up the console and check the connector where it plugs into the switch, pull it off and see if you have any corrosion or a bad connection there.. But, my bet is, you have a bad ground connection. Let me know how it turns out.
