stage 2 down load

stage 2 down load
I was seeing my 2000 95 cc RG has a stage 2 down load .Whay do,s that mean ? my bike wont take a pc3 it kills the 5 amp ecm fuse.It runs good with the PC 2 .

I was looking at the list of things on my 2000RG I bought from a small town harley mechanic . I never meet him, bought it from his friend. I have a list of things he did to the 95cc RG ,thunder head exhust ,v@h breathers , 42 mm throttle body , K@n filter ,new lifters and chain tensioner,Pc 2 and and stage 2 down load .The shop that did my pc 3 and dino said something was going on there .My bike keep trashing the pc3 . 2 mof them.I would replace the 5 amp ecm fuse and it would not start. they gave me my money back . I trailered my bike home and installed the pc 2 on the RG is running good. that is all I can tell you and know.

What do you think of this dino I gained 2 hp and 2 tourque . With the pc 3 it seemed to be loading up like flooding not smooth that bites when I have to trailer the harley.

Pc3 usb It is made for 99 and 2000 model.good question why Im new to harelys. It has good tourque and quick. I really don't think it hurts to ride a harley in a high gear around town mine sounds good and will run at 5 mph just chuggging along. Now I realize at 2500 to 3000 rpm thumping along I like it .
