Question about RideMax installation

Question about RideMaxx installation
I only want my '07 Road King Classic to run cooler. If it improves the performance some, that's ok. My main interest is making my engine run cooler and last longer. As we all know, even though a stock Harley engine is designed to run hot, heat is probably the worst enemy for an engine, other than poor maintenance and hot-Rod riding. For those that have installed a RideMaxx system on your own bike, how much time is involved and what was the cost of the unit and where did you buy it? I have only installed a set of Rinehart Slip-Ons. Does the RideMaxx have owner-operator installation instructions? If installing the RideMaxx will not benefit a stock engine and intake, I am not interested.

Go to American Micro-fuel Devices, select products, software and then download the tuning manual. It isn't going to give you installation instructions, but it's going to tell you what it does. Installation looks to be pretty simple. Unplug the ecm cable, plug the device into the ecm, plug the cable into the device.
