Default 2006 flhti backfires
my bike backfires through fuel injection and half the time it kills the motor it did it more when it was cold now it seems to be doing it when its at operating temp and when its cold.2006 flhti stock internals clock werks cross over duals stage 1 air cleaner kit power commander 3 just dyno tuned last week and i lost 3horse from stock

Its more like a misfire or a fart comin out of the air cleaner

I would take it back to the tuner, there is something that aint right,

Its been happening since i got the bike last year the bike was tottaly stock thought with the pc 3 we could tune out the problem but that wasnt the case

Found problem intake gasket leaking

Was it the o-rings between the cylinders and the throttle body or the one behind the backing plate?

My '06 Dyna has started to sputter and sometimes stall while warming up. once it's warm, it runs well.

Just talked to harley dealer its not intake leak there sayin it might be injectors but they havent figured it out yet.nobody seems to know this is the second shop its been in ??????????
