'05 Sportster Performance Ignition Module
Hey everyone I have a 2005 Sportster 1200 Custom. I have been trying to do some research on the moco's street legal performance ignition module. I was all set to buy one when I went to Wabash Valley Harley the other day. I didn't see them on the wall where they were and I noticed that they were on the clearance rack for $60 (HALF OFF!) so of course I went ahead and bought it. To make a long story short I went home and followed the instructions exactly. I hit the start button three times with nothing more than it trying to turn over before the security light came on and wouldn't do anything for about 5 mins. Any ideas on what the problem could be? I called Wabash Valley and talked to the service manager and he said ride it buy and they would diagnostic tech it but they wanted to charge $60 an hour labor rate and I do not want to pay that. PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance
