Thundermax set up steps
These are the steps I followed to set up my Thundermax auto tune .
1 . Turn off virus protection on computer
2. Install Software on computer , then open
3. Click EFI maps
4. EFI map listings and definitions
5. Right Click on your engine size
6. Under exhaust column , click on an exhaust typy/style
7. Right click on a base map
8. Scroll to the right
9. Right click on your cam type
10. Scroll all the way to the right
11. Double click newest map
12. If all looks good , load map button
13. Under "tuning maps" Click on "Module configure options"
14. Basic settings
15. Speedo Cal
16. Make speedo change if needed
17. Close
18. load to T-max...
19. Handle bar Switch to ON
20. Turn on ignition switch
21. Click on Map editing
22. "Write module maps and settings"
23. Yes
24. Map Editing
25. Clear learned fuel adjustments
26. Clear learned idle adjustments
27. Initialize by Turning handle bar switch , and ignition off , and on for 30 seconds , 3 times each
28. Run IAC auto
29. Start bike let run 10-15 seconds
30. stop bike if idle is Smooth
31. Green link button , click red monitor button (turns green)
32. Start bike , allow to run 20-30 seconds
33. Click IAC button
34. Click yes
35. Turn handle bar switch off
36. Click monitor , click link
37. Turn ignition off
