Angry Please Help!!

Im hoping someone will be able to help me solve this problem. I own a 06 Dyna Lowrider. 5K. Ive owned this bike from May 2010. When I purchased this bike it had the wrong exhaust for my year. The engine light was coming on after the bike runs for about 6-7 min. I had it on the computer and it said it was throwing a code for the o2 sensors, which were not hooked up to the exhaust at the time and the bike ran like ****. Come to find out there was never a fuel management system installed for these (wrong) pipes. SO...I purchased the power commander III usb with o2 eliminators. Replaced my exhaust with Python dual staggered's and downloaded the map for these pipes onto my Power commander. I thought since I plugged the o2 sensors with the supplied o2 eliminator plugs that this would clear the code. Well the light came back on and I took it to the HD dealership. Ran it on the computer and was still coming up front o2 sensor..they told me that it may be a defective eliminator plug. Got two more from the company. replaced the front one, thinking this was the problem...The engine light still comes on. The sensors were located, one under my seat and the other one was clipped behind my air filter..im assuming thats the front? and the one under my seat is the rear? Im at a loss. The engine light still comes on. I cant figure out why this is happening. First I want to make sure that Im plugging the right sensors. Where are they usually located?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im trying to get around paying $60 an hour for labor if its just something simple.

The front one on my 07 dyna I had was in the lower front with the voltage regulator wires, not up by the air filter.

Not sure, but did you run the bike for a while to allow the ECM to adjust? I'm assuming you did. Next, If you bought two new plugs, put both in and see what happens. It more or less sounds as if you need to re-tune the bike. Put the bike back to the stock set-up if you can, and start from square one with the new exhaust w/o the pc3 and go from there, your ECM should adjust to that new exhaust. Also check all your connections. I'm not MR. Tech, but have educated myself and just tryin to help you out. If I'm wrong I would love to hear the correct answer to this.
