Running Lean
My 2008 Street Glide is showing sighs of running lean:
1. Spark Plug tip are white and ashy
2. Sputters when accelerating
3. Popping from the intake.
4. O2 sensor's are also white and ashy.
I bought the bike new...I had some screaming eagles installed before I took the bike home...an upgrade was mapped to the bike...since then, I have installed Rinhart true duals and a K&N intake. I did not have any problems after the installs...this problem started when I was coming up a steep hill with a rider...intake started to sputter in 1st gear.
Exhaust is not leaking...I replaced the plugs and wires...no intake leak
My question is, do I need it remapped or should I install a tuner?
