how much differance is a screamin eagle air cleaner then stock on an 07 touring ???

With pipes and a tuner about 10% increase. You will need to remap.

thanks for the quick returned on my question,i have a pc3 and had the stock pipes opened to flow better,if remap is all i gotta do i'll pick it up,every little bit helps !!
