I was gonna post this in DIY elec and lighting, but I didnt have an option to post a new thread. Has anyone here replaced the stock orange lens covers on their turnsignals with another color? Any ideas on where to get cool custom covers? Thanks!
Clear on the front and smoked on the back. Orange light bulbs replacing the orginals. HD replacement parts. I have removed all of the stupid orange relectors on my bike.
HD replacement parts.. meaning I can get them at my harley dealer only? Just curious of all the options, because I've come to learn that H-D means High Dollar. or Hundred Dollars... lol Thanks for the headz up tho!
Yeah, I bought them at HD. Yes I probably overpaid, but I don't feel like shopping for cheap parts, and they were cheap compared to most other parts I've bought for my baby.
Oh yeah, in Canada the front signals are always on, I don't know about yours, but I also cut the blue line to cancel them being on, and only signaling when I hit the switch.
Kuryakyn has some nice lenses, even if you want to keep the incadescent bulbs (not go to LED). Smoke is pretty cool looking, but it might be cosidered 'pimp lights' in some circles....
