Flashing head light
I just got my bike running (86 softail) and when I turn the ign. sw to headlight on position the headlight goes on for a couple of seconds then off for a couple of seconds and the breaker makes an audible click when it goes off. Any ideas ??? Thanks

So ... your bike was not running ...? You fixed it ... and now this problem is occurring ...?
What did you do to get your bike running ...? I'd look at anything that you changed since the last known good configuration ...

Sorry needed to give more info. I took it to the frame and put it back together the last couple of years. Did not wire back to stock just wired ign for start, hi/low beam, kill and tail/brake.
