so ever time i use my breaks it blow the Accessory fuse and my tach, speedo and rest of my instrument as well as my blinkers and break light stops working. any one know how to fix this

Can't say exactly what is wrong but I may give you some clues.
That circuit feeds Lighter ,rakes(both front and rear), handle bar controls as will as tach and speedo as you know.
So let start to figure it out you need to access the connectors and the lighter then un-plug both bar plugs check after disconnecting each and disconnect the lighter check again (Ohm meter or a box of fuses) under the seat unplug the connector leading to the rear lights check again that will isolate the problem keeping in mind with the right bar un-pluged the foot brake will be the only way to check the brake lights if the short is still there un-plug the rear brake at the sending unit then plug in the right bar and check the brake connection again.
I did this looking for the short on mine a month ago it was in the left bars one wire got pinched hope this helps
