Default idle problem after engine work

Hi all, I posted this in the engine section but here is probably a better place for it

I just finished doing a s&s 106 and 585 easy start cams build to my 08 street bob.
I did a few heat cycles through the week and road tested yesterday.
Bike runs great, won't be able to get it dyno'd for a while, the closest decent shop is 400 k's away.
Tried a few different maps in my power commander USB 3, the custom map supplied by fuel moto seems the best.

BUT.... I seem to have a problem with the bike idling too low, hot and cold but the cold idle being the worst.
It won't idle at all cold.
sometimes it seems to "just" idle ok when at normal operating temp but usually it will stall unless I give it a bit of gas.

if i hold the throttle open just slightly and lock it there with the throttle lock it idles fine, even down in the too low range like 800 rpm.

Not saying I want it there, just saying it will idle there with out stalling if held there....

It's the same with all the maps.

I reset throttle opening positions with the PC3 USB and they are correct,

Both idles were fine before the build.

I could put up with it until its dyno'd if it could be fixed as part of the tune but just wondering if its not a tune issue.

I have reused my standard throttle body and intake but maybe something that happened when throttle body and intake came off?

Any ideas guys?

Have you checked the intake seals for leaks? Did the wires to the injectors get mixed up?

Pretty sure plugs for injectors are on right, they sort of lined up right by them selves as wiring often does, but yes I'll check that out and for intake leaks.
Thanks for replying
