Everything went almost dead
Hi,
1996 Heritage Softail Custom, 6,000 miles
I got my carb working great and the bike is starting better than ever, then last night when I wanted to go for a ride the starter just started to kick over and then everything went almost dead. No click, no nothing. I turned the ignition to accessories and it seemed OK, then back to on position and very little power everything very dim.
The battery is 2-3 years old, I had to charge it a few times when I was working on the carb, so I charged it again and still got the same when I turn the ignition to on.
Any suggestions?
