How to adjust timing . . .

Thanks to Mr. Wiz, my bike is running much better after he helped me do some good Vtuning. I'm wondering now should any adjustments be made to the timing.

So John, I have read over your instructions several times and I'm a little confused. You say you do this to "help bring a bike "in" when starting off from a base cal." I have already done some pretty good Vtunes and the bike is running pretty good, so am I going about this backwards?
