Default Disonnecting front turn signals

Hello, I am new to the Forum but not new to Harley's. I just purchased a new 2013 Sporster Seventy Two which I am going to start tearing down for some mods this weekend. One of the things on my list is to remove the front turn signals. This is my third Harley, owned a 2000 Dyna and a 2004 Road King in the past, however I am sure in the past 10 years since I purcahsed my old Road King electronics have changed drastically on these bikes. I figured I better ask before i start unplugging stuff and clipping wires. What will happen if I disconnect my front turn signals? Will I get a fault or surge? Do I need to add a resistor or canbus? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Wow, I can't believe I am the first person to disconnect their turn signals. I guess I will do some experimentation on my own and report back my findings.
