Sadly, last night I lost a dear friend and Brother in Law, Paul Shultz: VnVet who fought bravely to the end, he beat the cancer, but thetreatment side effects were to much. He leaves behind his wife Jean, his three sons from an earlier marriage Brothers and Sisters and a HUGE pile of friends to numerous to mention.Paul, tell the lord for me that I thank him for letting you come into my life, as I think back, all the memories are fond, funny and good. I will miss you like words can not say, you outlook on life is one others could only hope to achieve. You always were able to make us laugh at the family gatherings, you were always there with you good nature and friendship and a good cup of coffee.
Paul may have had lemons dealt his way through life but he did not see it that way. After his service, he struggled with what many do. When we first met, he had beaten that struggle and met my future wife’s sister Jean. I was grateful when meetingthe family for the first time; I was not the only "New Guy" at the gathering. We had a blast at each other's weddings, I still see you just about to split at the sight of me and other's in our rendition of the YMCA, your interest in whatever project I was working on made me proud to bring you up to date. From camping outings to visits to NYC we always seamed to share similar outlooks on what was going on
