Yes, I read that in another thread. Dirtdobber died in a fire at his home while trying to rescue his wife. He and his daughter are together now. RIP to both of them.
Jim was a Vietnam Vet and earned a Purple Heart during the Battle of Angel Wing in 1969. He had been shot several times while serving and went through some things nobody would want to. He was a great friend and a hero. He died trying to save his wife from a house fire.
His biggest passion was for motorcycles as well as gardening and welding. I had spent the night with him back in June and he was always willing to help you out and share with you what he knew.
