The fill hole is the big plug just to the right of the clutch cable. The check hole is a a screw about directly below it on the bottom side of the cover.
Like xxxflhrci says........the primary fill plug and the transmission plug are one in the same. I have attached a pic for you here. Item 2 is your fill plug and item 9 is your level plug. The trans and the primary share the same oil. The amount of oil is 26 ozs........pg
