Yep I notice this, but if you want "bolt on" you wouldn't get it under 700, as you have seen.
But if you read carefully that description "WILL FIT MOST ALL HARLEY-DAVIDSON AND CUSTOM APPLICATIONS WITH 1" NECKS" ...sporty has 3/4" neck and if you change that you have springer front end. How much it cost or who can do it, I can't answer.

With that said.. those pics of those springers look exaclty like a DNA springer. They are made you can change out your shaft in the tree, and you can put in a 3/4" to fit your bike.
