Zenith Carb with adjustable main jet

I have no idea where to begin with this one. I've adjusted S&S's all day long, but this one leaves me stumped. She's runnin fat at this point. 4 block and its fouled out a set of plugs. I have no instructions to read inorder to find out where I should bench set it. Sure could use a little direction or a link to instructions some where.

Is the fouling a rich condition type of fouling? That is to say, sooty black powder on the plugs at highway speeds.
If that is the case I believe I know exactly what your problem is. Let me know. The costs of the parts needed to fix this will run you $1.29 though.

Here are the tuning sheets for an adjustable main jet Zenith/Bendix carb. You may get some help using this, but if the problem is what I think it is these instructions will not help cure that problem....... pg
