I picked up a running ironhead from a young kid who tried to screw it up beyond repair for $1000.00. Since the purchase I have replaced the pipes,swapped from electraonic ignition to points,got rid of the ape hangers for drag bars,added mirrors, reinstalled the front brakes,removed the suicide shifter with the hand clutch and fabbed up my own linkage for the foot shift and a few other things. Still got a little way to go with it but I have less than $1500 in it all together. I get most of my parts from ebay and the parts are plentiful.
