Default Flywheel identification

Was wondering how to identify the year to a old Harley flywheel? I was also wondering if it would be worth it to have it restored since it is covered in rust? Thanks for any information!

If the tapers can be cleaned up it is still usefull. There are casting numbers that can identify the wheels. such as 150 353, 150 35 which is a set of 1936 to 1940 61" wheels.
