Ordered a 11" flat top on 06/01. Still shows "processing" but Paypal transaction completed same day of order. No reply as of yet from two sent emails. I guess a phone call is in order. Disappointed in their service so far.
Just received an update that my shield has shipped. Well, not really. A USPS Priority 2 day shipping label was created on June 10, but the shield is still awaiting pick up from the vendor. The shield will likely arrive on either June 15 or 16. Looking forward to the shield but just really not an acceptable time frame. And, no replies to my email inquiries (LRS and Quality Plastics) simply asking the order status

These are built as they get orders!
That time frame is very acceptable to me. They probably had 100 in front of you. Were they supposed to drop everything and make yours first?
Paypal always charges as soon as you do a order.... That is not them, its paypal. If you wanted it shipped same day you should have bought the $180.00 Klock Werks!
If they don't email you pick up the phone. I called them today and they told me straight up it is a 2 week turn around because they are busy. They answered the first ring!
