The photo galleries here seem to be just member galleries. I setup a way for pics to be uploaded/posted and shared/downloaded for trips and events, if you want to use it.
The title or caption of the pics emailed, will be whatever is in the subject line, so I suggest something like "11Jan2008 Ride to XXX" (without the quotes) as your subject.

Log in? Don't think it should ask for any. When you email pics, and look at them in some of the views, the pic captions/titles will be the email title.
