yes your seat definitely looks different. how old is it? My wife got mine for a Christmas gift. She ordered it right out of the Harley catalog and they shipped it from syrdyke Harley down in Fenton mo. the shape is the same, but the stitching and accents are clearly not the same.

Jclax's is for 08-13 Touring - P/N 52099-09A- $349.95
SWThomas's is for 14+ Touring - P/N 5200025 - $349.95
Obviously 08-13 seats still fit the 14+ but may be a little shorter in the passenger area (foam wise) when using a tourpak - since that is what the redesign was for.
