I was told by both Fuel Moto and Rush, that I would see a HP and TQ bump going with their headers. I have heard that 2 into 1 renders the biggest boost, but will I actually lose compared to what I currently have (stock header) or just not gain as much if I were to go 2-1 or 2-1-2?

Its all about the tune and the set-up.. Yes you can get the best from a 2 into 1, second best option is a 2-1-2 and lastly is the true dual which provides a different curve and most folks lose in the end with this system

While technically, you are right about the warranty, my dealer offered to install it, and said that they don't care what I do to the exhaust, and it won't effect my warranty - at least in that store. Now I know there is always a risk if I break down out of town, I may not get such cooperation.
