Issue About transmission fluid

Default Issue About transmission fluid
Hello - I just installed a rebuilt transmission fluid and in a 1989 YJ! It is whining and grinds when downshifting and is hard to get into first gear! Used a 75w90 Gl 5 gear oil with friction oil added! If I put in a 80w90 Gl 5 with friction oil would that fix these issues??

Why is this posted in the M8 forum? And what is a rebuilt transmission fluid?

Would assume the fluid part is just a slip of the fingers and posting here is an oops moment

I can't open the hyperlink in the words "transmission fluid" because I'm at work. But it looks like this may be a shill post about tranny fluid.

Why would you put a GL-5 lube in that old a gear box anyway.
