Default Road Glide First Timer

After much deliberation over model and making a change from my beloved Twin Cam FLHTCU period, I made the move from the Bat Wing to the Shark Nose FLTRX. All I can Say is WOW! This M8 motor is everything I wanted and tried to make my Twin Cam become. The reduced heat, instant torque at any speed in any gear, and the overall refinement is awesome. I got giddy all over again like I did when the MoCo came out with the new frame in '09.

Welcome to the forum and to the wonderful world of the M8 and the Glide swap over club. I just swapped from a '12 SG to a '17 RGS and the difference between the bat wing versus shark nose is amazing enough, but the M8 is really great too. Enjoy your new scoot.

My 1st Road Glide was well, the way it feels and tracks is simply amazing. Oh, and the M8 loves to run too.

Congratulations. I've test ridden the RK (non S), RGS and SGS with Stage III. All great! My fav' is the RK, but of the faired bikes I lean towards the RGS. Go ride the hell out of that thing and enjoy!
