Stage 2 Bonus
Been lurking on the forum and learning tons about the M8.
Just had a Stage 2 torque cam added by dealer to my 17 Limited along with a 5000 mile oil change. Noticed I now have a low oil pressure indicator at idle but only when the engine is at or near full operating temp (whenever oil temp above 200* and maxes out at 235*). Indicator light goes out above 1200 RPM.
This process has been a gong show. First attempt and dealer forgot to order parts although this was scheduled a month in advance. Second attempt was successful with the added bonus of now having a low oil pressure indicator lamp at idle. Third attempt is tomorrow. Dealer is 70 km/40 miles away to add to the fun.
To add to the s**t show, the work order does not indicate type or amount of oil added although it appears to have been changed.
Any thoughts?
