Somtimes good somtimes bad

My M8 has follow problems: Sometimes the motor runs like a el.motor sometimes like a motor with only one piston.That good and bad thing changes like from chosthand.Harley dealer can not find a false.

That's harley's heat control system working when it does that, when at an idle or a stop light above a set temperature the rear cylinder doesn't fire and the RPM's go up a little, goes back to both cylinders when you give it some throttle. Will not show a code.

To be fair they do sometimes run on one cylinder, while stopped.
