Thank God Lew. Im really happy they kept the 107 in touring..... I didnt want to have the odd year bike. BTW, very very happy I have the 17, although the twisted cherry is really nice.

Really glad I bought '17CVO Limited, even after my 3rd engine replacement and 3rd Stage 4 upgrade. At least i got a free 7yr ESP including Wheel & Tire at no charge for my troubles. The '18 CVO paint is utterly boring and you can keep the blacked out murder look. Drop the CB, add no technology, bump engine size and charge $2k more or $3k more for Anniversary??? No thanks,,,I'd be even more motivated to buy a '17 CVO Limited then I was last year.

Did they delete the CB on the 2018 CVO Limited? I know they dropped it from the 2017 non CVO Limited.

The short recap of what I've seen is

Touring
107 Oil Cooled
107 Water Cooled

CVO Touring
117 Oil Cooled
117 Water Cooled

Softail
107 Oil Cooled
114 Oil Cooled

A bunch of new paint and add-ons with a new line (Softail) using the old bike names with the M8 engine. I thing that pretty much sums up the 2018 lineup.

I really think the new frame and monoshock is going to be a game changer..I hated the Soft Tail suspension..what a PITA to adjust preload..I put the RAP (Remote Access Preload) 422 Progressives on my Heritage to make it actually functional to be able to do so as needed. HUGE win for the Cruiser models

A CB is NOT referenced under the electrical specs. Also HD has gone to wireless BT communication in place of CB. It appears there is no 2018 HD from the factory that comes stock with CB. Its likely available as a dealer option but surprisingly all the 2018 CVO Limited pics show 2 antennas so maybe the specs are incorrect

I found the new lineup to be disappointing. To me those bikes are not pleasing to the eye, especially that Frankenstein Fat Bob.

Them killing off the FXDWG was a real tragedy in my opinion.

looks are obviously subjective..getting a new lighter, stronger frame, better suspension, handling and engine performance is what makes this lineup special...HUGE improvements
