I thought I’d take a couple shots before it comes apart.
First thing is to get everything out to powder, and looking at the bike, it’s pretty much coming apart.
I just completed a build of a ‘18 Fat Boy and followed the build with a thread (https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...fat-boy-s.html) and because it seemed a lot of guys enjoyed following along, I’ll do it again, so if you’d like, please follow along.
Thank you.

Because the Annivesery Special did not come in Legion Blue/Vivid Black, just that denim with the tattoo graphs.
Yes, I am blacking everything out. It was the plan from the start.
Besides, the standard saved me more then 5k dollars and besides the stretched bags, I didn't get the 6.5 speakers. So I really think the Standard was a better deal.
Here is the result from day one. Tomorrow I need to throw the rear wheel back in so that I can turn the motor to cut the push rods (that one got by me) no biggie. Here's the first batch of parts going out
If you picked that thing up on Friday the 17th, I must have just missed you. Was in Nor Cal on business last week, had never been to the Sonoma dealer, so I headed up the 101 from Marin to look around. Would have loved to see that color in person. Looks bada$$.
