It a RC wheel with matching rotors. The tire is a Avon Cobra which I am a big fan of.

What size is the tire, or better question, what size would fit stock front rim? The more I look at it the more I like it!!!

I put a very thin low profile on my Road King with a 19" rim and handles okay but not lasting very long. I like how that fills the fender. The bike (RK) has a similar fender, Klockwerks Wrapper.
