I received word from Harley Magic and Sun City Harley that the Auto Tune Module will work with the SEPST(race) tuner and function correctly.
There's been a few posts over in ECU about it as to whether it will or won't work and as usual mud was slung names were named and egos got in the way of a good conversation. So yea to the best of my understanding it's come to a conclusion and it works with the SEPST(race) tuner. The thing is it's an added cost as well as one of the shops has said it doesn't do that much in the real world but the other shop is happy to fit them. A dyno would cost about the same so not sure if i'd go the Auto Tune direction myself anymore so time will tell.
Cheers.
I just had it added last week. I had the S&S full compliant exhaust installed and the bike has the stage 2TQ cam. The dealer that added it said this was the first one they installed but their other dealership across town has been using them since they came out and really like it. They use the SEPST to put in the stage 2 tune and then hook up the auto tuner with the wide band O2 sensors. Dealer said after install they started the bike and it ran rough, during the test ride they felt it smooth out. On my 40 mile ride home it ran great. I hadn’t had the bike tuned but I did have it in the dyno when I had on SE Street Cannons and again after this install of the exhaust and auto tuner. Gained about 4lbtq and 5hp.

Yes, I have the Screamin Eagle Pro Street Tuner. I also talked to the dealer today to get a few more specifics.
He downloads the stage 1, 2, 3, 4 into the bike with the SEPST. Then they hook up the auto tuner to the bike and it does the work as you ride. In my example there is no option for the S&S full exhaust that is where the auto tuner comes in.
I hope to get some miles in April to see how I really like it but so far so good.

We know it works with the Street Tuner , it was made for it .
What I'm saying is I've been told by two different HD shops that it works with the race tuner.
Cheers man.
I’ll ask later this week when I pick up my other bike to get their opinion. I know it is made to fit 14 and newer touring bikes, and other bikes, and you could still buy the race tuner for 14-16 touring models.
Just to be absolutely sure, OP when you say race tuner do you mean the Harley-Davidson Screamin Eagle EFI Pro Super Tuner 32109-08C (orange color)? Harley made a race tuner many moons ago and it was black. AFAIK it will not work on 14+ Delfhi. I hope you are referring to the 08C version because that would be great for those us with virgin ones.
BTW, I heard that only the HD "EPA' maps were compatible with the ATM. Do you know if the 08C is able to modify those maps without issue?
