Default Check Engine Light

2017 Street Glide Special. Dealer installed Rhinehart Slimline duals, re-jetted (kit, fuel injectors, hi-flow 5.5), red shift cam, did clutch actuator recall and oil pump assembly, and checked/recalibrated, whatever that means....I'm assuming re-mapped...dyno tuned..(?) Hefty charge for it, whatever it was.
After riding it home and within less than 10 miles, I get CEL. Read code as rear 02 sensor low/lean. Contact dealer next day and told to clear code as it's not unusual to get this code within 500 miles of the work that was performed.
Warm day yesterday, ride again for maybe 5 miles and CEL is on again with same code.
I do not feel comfortable continuing to clear code without knowing why it's coming up. Wondering what possible damage, if any, can be done by continuing to ride?
Bike does seem to have a bit rougher idle with CEL on.
Anyone else have a similar situation, or can chime in with thoughts?

Take it back to the dealer and have them put it back on the dyno. It should not be doing this.

If it's that lean, then likely wrong canned map was installed or in general the tune is off. Probably want to tell the forum what tuner they installed. I'd be taking it back for sure. They dyno graph with the AFR showing will tell you if it is infact real lean in some areas.

It is normal to get codes after this type of work and remapping; however, as you thought, not normal after clearing. I agree with others. The bike should go back ASAP, on their nickel. Running in an excessively lean condition could result in overheating and damage to heads.

Its pretty arrogant of them to give you that advice without even looking at it. First off, they should have test rode the bike and cleared any codes after their work was complete. It's not common for the codes to return and if they do something is wrong. It could be map related problems, O2 sensor problems or wiring to the O2 sensor. Take it back until it's fixed.

Went by dealer on Thursday, spoke with a different person in service dept. This guy sent someone with trailer to pick up the bike immediately. Waiting to hear back from them.

OP, did they actually dyno tune it?

You said “and checked/recalibrated, whatever that means....I'm assuming re-mapped...dyno tuned..(?)”

Did you purchase an aftermarket tuner? Power Vision, FP3, etc.? Does your invoice say “dyno” anywhere, or did they just flash a SE tune? I’m wondering if they used a HD tuner, it may not have a map compatible with that Red Shift cam...?
