I wanted to share my customer service experience with DNA Specialties. After 29 years with the fire dept , I decided that the job has kinda passed me by. With that , I had a little extra dough and wanted to get rims , tires , etc for my bike. I called DNA and ordered a set of Fat 40 spoked wheel with tires , rotors , pulley. I was told it would be 2 weeks. So 3 weeks go by and I havent heard anything. They did bill my card the day of the order. So I called and was then told they were out of the 40s and that it would be a few months before they got more in. I guess the slow boat from China is just that. So then they asked me if I wanted a refund. And of course I did. I think anyone would .. Well. I guess the refund machine is with the rims ? I just got off the phone with my credit card company. Had to file a dispute . First one ever for me.
I am not bashing their product as I havent seen them. I will say that their customer service is probably neck and neck with my local Harley dealer. Sucks ball sack. So I am going to go the ride wright route. Might be more money , but America has been good to me and my family.
